SkyRose Rejuvenation Clinic & Spa provides medical aesthetics and wellness services including but not limited to facials, injectables, weight loss programs, IV hydration, and other spa treatments. Services are subject to availability and practitioner discretion.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards (where eligible), and approved payment plans.
All sales are final. No refunds are given on services rendered or prepaid packages. Product returns are subject to manager approval and must be unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase.
